Homemade "Burek" just like the one from "Buregdžica"
You will need about 40 minutes, and
the preparation is not at all hard work.
Ingredients (4 servings):
■ 500 g filo dough
■ 500 g tender white cheese
(no Feta, no Mozzarella)
■ 50 g butter ■ 250 ml water
■ 125 ml oil ■ salt
